Returning goods

If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us within 3 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Goods should be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds With Sluggers Carts.

All parcels that arrive their respective final destinations in poor condition that is, your parcel is tempered with by the courier workers ensure to reach out to us immediately via our contact form with your order number as message topic we will reimburse this loss by reshipping the missing amount immediately.

Also, ensure to contact us if your parcel is missing or stolen that is, you were provided with your delivery tracking information but did not receive your parcel due to USPS, FedEx, EMS or Courier workers theft, we will immediately refund you the exact amount you paid for your order or reship the order with another courier service upon your request.

Non-faulty change of mind

If you simply change your mind about an item with Sluggers Carts, you may still return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging, subject to the return postage terms above.
