Runtz has one of the most recognized names in modern cannabis genetics, originally bred from Zkittlez and Gelato #33 and known for its distinctive fruity-candy aroma and colorful, trichome-dusted buds. Sluggers Hit version applies that same genetic profile to hemp cultivation: flower is grown indoors, hand-trimmed rather than trimmed by machine, and treated with atomized terpenes to reinforce flavor and aroma that can diminish slightly during the hemp-compliant growing and processing method.
The Sluggers Runtz Hybrid 3.5G result is marketed as a smoke that looks, smells, and smokes like traditional high-THC Runtz, with the legal distinction coming from Delta-9 THC content rather than visual or aromatic differences. Buds are packed in airtight, smell-proof packaging immediately after curing, with harvest dates and lab information included on the label. Learn more about the cultivar in our Runtz strain guide, including its profile, flavour and key characteristics.
Sluggers Runtz Hybrid 3.5G is a hand-trimmed, hemp-derived flower built on Zkittlez x Gelato #33 genetics — one of the most recognized hybrid crosses in cannabis. This 3.5g offering is grown indoors, infused with atomized terpenes for enhanced aroma and flavor, and lab-tested to confirm it stays within the federal 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight threshold that defines legal hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill.
